I need help on a us history assignment on the Korean war. I have to complete a chart that says (someone) wanted (something) but, (something), so (something).
Its hard to explain, please help.

It's kind of hard to fill in the blanks without knowing what kind of information the lesson had shared with you, the answers can be pretty much almost anything.

But I can help you get started with the first one concerning North Korea. So, based on what I know, the part of the chart for North Korea can go something like this:

North Korea

...wanted -- to militarily unite the Korean Peninsula under its Communist leader, Kim Il Sung.

...but -- were stopped by reinforcements from the US and the United Nations that pushed them back.

...so -- the Chinese joined the war on the North Korean's side and pushed the UN/US forces back south to the 38th parallel where a stalemate ensued.

The others should pretty go relatively in the same way with just the most basic points. Hope this helped.
