I've never really thought about the music group of this site till today.

The moment I went in the group all I see in the question side are a bunch of poems and songs people wrote.. I'm not going to say "Oh, you people should really remove the music section because it's completely useless." No, I LOVE the music group.. I love how it's a place where people could go to express their feelings in a nice peaceful way.. My concern is... why call it music? I have a subject in school called music where I learn about musicians and important music eras in time and they give me questions on them , that sometimes i frankly don't understand... When I'm about to type in the question.. i feel as if I'm going to ruin something good... Something peaceful.. Music Group is just that a place where people express their talents. I find that something beautiful. All I'm saying is that it should really be renamed to something else and open another music group here I can post a question about it.

I very well understand what you meant above ..but dont forget music is not just restricted to questions on musicians and important music eras in time ,It also deals with actual work ...So I thin the title Music Group very well fits it ...At some point of time you will see that there will be more questions on musical intruments and another time less ...It just varies -The essence of Music remains the same be it its study or actual singing :)
