The original suggested retail price is 42.6% of 72.7% of 429.95. Does that help at all? You need to find 72.7% of 429.95, then 42.6% of that new number. However, it may be easier to go backwards, starting from your answer choices. For instant, A is just too high so we can cancel that one out, but let's use it as an example. A. (347.79 * 1.426) * 1.727 = 429.95 If it ends up being 429.95 = 429.95, it's true. However, like I said, A is not, I'm just using it as an example.
