How do i get rid of this sore mucus stuffed throat?? :( Its so disgusting and I've tried gargling salt and warm water and its just ugh.. i cant even! PLEASE HELP ME!! :(

theres this thing called a nedi pot (you can get it at Walgreens) you pour water through one nostril and it goes down through your throat and out of your other nostil...I would be real suprised if that didnt work.
