6 is the tranquility of night time (Nocturnal. Think about it.) and 7 is probably symphonic poems (not too sure on this one).

This is because he uses a lot of fancy trills and such that blend nicely with the constant looming rubato-like nature of the piece. Pedal is pretty much everywhere in this piece. And Chopin is legendary when it comes to phrasing.
