Can someone explain to me how to print this symbol using while loops??

im pretty sure youll need nested loops. one to keep track of rows, and the other to keep track of columns

not that hard if you see
1) you will need two loops. one for rows and one for columns
2) if first row OR first column OR last row OR last column, putchar('*');
3) then for every row, put a "*" at the "row"^th colum
