For the x-intercept, take the y and substitute 0 in it's place, and solve for x. (y in this case is f(x), so 0 = (x+5)^2(x-2)^2 and solve that for x. For the y-intercept, do the same thing, except solve for y and replace x with 0. so y = (0+5)^2(0-2)^2 solve that for y.
