Does the day side of Earth receive more neutrinos than the night side or is the number about the same everywhere on Earth? Why?
I would think that the number is the same as neutrinos are highly non interactive and they would pass through the earth unattenuated providing the same number on the dark side of the earth compared to the sunny side. corrected of course for the fact that the dark side is slightly farther from the sun.
