i came up with 28 pi

area = 2 * pi * 2 * (2 + 5) = 87.9645943

Yes, that is correct. The area of the top is 4 pi as is also the area of the bottom. The "sides" is 4 pi x 5 = 20 pi. Adding it all up gives 28 pi
