What might the world do to prevent the Holocaust from happening again

It's very possible that it could happen again. There is so much hatred in this world, and you can't push it aside like it's not happening. Just because there are badass weapons and armies doesn't mean anything. Let an extreme communist dictator or fascist ruler come in somewhere..it'll begin before you know it.
