Please help! It will be greatly appreciated! Will fan or reward medal!!! Sydney has a postcard that measures 5 inches by 3 inches. She decides to frame it, using a frame that is 1.75 inches wide. What is the perimeter of the framed postcard? Well, this is just a check, but please explain, because I just guessed on what I did. LOL :P
