Hey there... this form is known as **two-point form** (as it is based on equation of a line passing through two points :-) ) Slope is given by... |dw:1365630170451:dw| (since plotting these two points on the coordinate system will give you it's inclination , tans equal to this value...) Here 's' is the angle the line would be making with positive direction of 'x' axis... Hope this helps :-)
