you tagged me ? ;o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you have any idea of why this is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe its dehydrating you ? ;o

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ChubbyBunny~ has a point. Dehydration could be it. It's normal to feel dehydrated after we've exercised, or lost a lot of blood. The only other cause I could think of is high blood sugar.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do you get high blood sugar? thanks by the way

OpenStudy (anonymous):

anyone can get it .. idk how they do lol.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

haha! thanks?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

High blood sugar? The most obvious reason would be if someone had too much sugar in their diet. Such as drinking too much soda, or eating too much cake. Some people are born with a problem where their pancreas doesn't make enough insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps get sugar out of our blood. If we don't have enough insulin, then we get high blood sugar. This is a problem that many people with diabetes have.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you :) And I do eat alot of suger XD I guess I gotta get my blood checked :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you? Well now we might know why you're so thirsty.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, maby XD To tell you the truth I never realy thought about it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I agree that it'd be a good idea to have your blood checked. Just to be safe. If you like, you can also do a bit of research into diabetes, and see if you fit with anymore of the symptoms.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok, btw is there any specal place I should go to get my blood checked?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the question may seem stupid but im dead serius

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Don't worry. It's not stupid. You can go and talk to your family doctor. I did this once. My doctor gave me a blood work form, and the directions for a clinic where I could have my blood tested.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont have a doctor, nor have I ever been to one...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Here. I found a site where we can look up bloodwork centers by location. http://www.personalabs.com/cheap-blood-tests.aspx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks man :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem. These tests can be a little expensive. If for any reason you choose not to pay for the tests, what you could do is take away the excess sugar in your diet, for about a week, and see if your thirst dies down.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ill try that first :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Odd question? Are ye' urinating? You could have a UTI.
