you can say <= in place of "less than or equal to"

to graph y >= 2x+1, you would first graph the line y = 2x+1 make this a solid line then shade above the solid line

to graph y <= 2x, graph the line y = 2x make it a solid line shade below the solid line

if you do both shaded regions together on the same xy axis, you'll see that the regions overlap the overlapping region is the final shaded solution set for the system of inequalities
