Uncomfortable.  Changing from a future tense to a past tense is confusing.

Other than that, it's okay.  Not much by the way of symbolic language.

Well, you found the contrapositive.  That is equivalent to the original statement.

What makes the original premise invalid is the absence of information about whether you are actually registered for the course.
