Open Study needs an app for Android and Iphone. I like the site and all, but I personally think it'd be great to have it on the go!

That seems like it would become very buggy, the constant "crashing" issue OS has would serve as a threat to the phones

I know they were working on it at one point, I just don't know if they still are. I tagged them, so hopefully they'll see it and reply.

That's irrelevant to this discussion. But I doubt the admins will implement any of our suggestions anyway. They've been super inactive for months.

This question has been asked many times. I've personally talked to ShadowFiend about the OpenStudy app. The problem is getting it to fit into such a small memory space and RAM. As you know, OpenStudy is a large site and even lags a little on laptops and computers. The programming/coding/language, or whatever you want to call it, is too much to smoothly fit into an app.

Many vital features would be disabled by putting it into an app, and the administrators don't like the idea of raping the site of it's basic core functionality and purpose. Cramming it all into a small packet such as an app is extremely hard. Until OpenStudy gathers more funds and/or willing webmasters, do not expect to see an app.
