H4P2 Zener Regulator. Excuse me, cause everybody's already asked it, but I really can't get it up in the second part of the task. I found VO=5.142857 in both cases and RLmin=1111.1, but how I can find vo? Will you be so please to explain it properly?

Use this formula. vo=vin/Rin *(RZener*RL)/(RZener+RL). Answer is 0.00005 for 2K and 4K ohms. If answer is correct, click best response.
