Describe a real life scenario where inequalities are used and state the inequality?

**Well, think about the driving age. For me, in order to get your license you have to be older than 17. So, you can write this as an inequality. x is the age of a person who wants to drive. In this case x has to be > or equal to 17. (I cant write the equals to part because I cant find that symbol but it should be there) x>17 (with the little line underneath) ** If you want an equation with two variables. Think of a time that you wanted to go to the store and by a certain amount of DVDs (10 dollars each) and a certain amount of CDs(5 dollars each) but you only had 50 dollars. Let x be the number of DVDs and y be the number of CDs. The amount of money spent on each has to be less than or equal to 50. This equation would look like this: 10x+5y<50 (with the line underneath as well)
