While false dichotomies are often manifested in a form similar to C, I think B is the best answer. "If we pull out of Viet Nam, then all of southeast Asia will fall like dominos" is a "C type" false dichotomy foisted on this country in the 60s (look up "domino theory"). The "B" structure of this rhetoric is revealed when you understand that it's designed to trick the listener into thinking there are only 2 options: Either stay in VN or watch Asia fall. "USA! Love it or leave it!" was another one which is more along the classical "B type". E isn't dichotomous in any way.
