⦁ Builds self esteem by allowing you to do something that will improve you physically. ⦁ Enables social interaction by allowing you to be on a team of other people. ⦁ Enhances responsibility by giving you something to do...like for example showing up to practice or whatever. ⦁ Helps attain personal fitness goals....simply because you are being more active in sports than sitting at home watching T.V ⦁ Maintains wellness because to be physically capable of playing sports you are also required to take care of you're body. ⦁ Improves skill level by allowing you to do something long term (If you so choose) football,baseball, whatever you're fancy if you keep doing it and trying to do it well you WILL get better. ⦁ Builds commitment to practice....If you enjoy it then you will want to show up for practice. ⦁ Affects enjoyment of the activity....Its alot better to go out and be doing things with real people than it is to sit on the internet all day.
