Assuming no extra margin, the maximum dimension will be 20/3 x 10.

If we try to go full width on the smaller dimension, we need a long dimension of twelve.  That isn't available.  So, we go with filling in the longer dimension fully, and letting the shorter dimension be a bit less than the paper.
