are nerve branches located in pharyngeal pouches?

I would assume so for two reasons. Nerve branches innervate nearly every part of your body. Something happens to your body, brain most likely knows it, you know? also, pharyngeal pouches evolve into the thyroid and other tissues, so I would have to guess that since those are definitely innervated, the pharyngeal pouches would be too
