It appears that all four graphs have the borders graphed correctly. This does not help us solve the problem. The ONLY problem we have is deciding which sides of the borders to shade. There are various ways to do this, but I find the simplest is just to try a point. Usually, unless it goes through the Origin, (0,0) is the easiest.

y >= -2x - 4 Try (0,0) 0 >= -4 -- That is true. Shade the side with the Origin included. This rules out #3 and #4.

y < (1/3)x - 1 Try (0,0) 0 < -1 -- This is false. Shade the side that does NOT include the Origin. This rules out #1.
