what are the roots to the following coordinates? -4x^2-28x-48=0

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

divide all factors by -4, then factor and solve

OpenStudy (kittykitty04):

Dividing out -4 and you get \[x^2+7x+12\] factoring this gives you \[(x+3)(x+4)\] which means that the roots are -3 and -4

"to the following coordinates"- I don't get that last part of your question. You must of copied something wrong or that I must of skipped some kind of naming session in maths.
