log2xlog2(6x-1)=2

is that exactly correct?

heres an example of how to do this equestion log 2x + log 5 = log (4x + 2) We know: log a + log b = log ab Therefore: log 2x + log 5 = log (2x*5) = log 10x Thus the given equation can be simplified as: log 10x = log (4x + 2) Taking anti log of both the sides: 10x = 4x + 2 ==> 10x - 4x = 2 ==> 6x = 2 Dividing both sides by 6: x = 2/6 = 1/3
