Which relation is a function? A. {(1, 2); (2, 3); (3, 4); (1, 5)} B. {(1, 2); (1, 3); (1, 4); (1, 5)} C. {(1, 2); (2, 3); (3, 4); (2, 5)} D. {(1, 2); (2, 2); (3, 2); (4, 2)}

a function is a one to one relationship meaning for every x there is only 1 corresponding y. so it can't be a because 1 goes with 5 and 2. It can't be B because every x is 1 and every one has a different y value. and it can't be C because 2 goes with 3 and 5. So D is correct.
