OpenStudy (anonymous):

radius of a cone if the volume is 385.1 cm3 height 13.6 cm

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try 5.23

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its close.. if it were 5.23 the volume would be 385.46582

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How did you get that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but if you do 5.22 its only 383.993171

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Pleasehelp

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i divided the volume by .33(1/3), 3.14, 13.6. then what ever i got i square rooted it because it r^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would just go with 5.23 it the closest

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What is the radius of a sphere with volume of 13784.4 m3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just a sec...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try 3.6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How did you get that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

V=4/3 3.14r3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i just reverse the formula... instead of v= 4/3 times pi times r^3 i divided the volume by 1.33(4/3), pi, and then i divided my answer by itself 3 times to get the final radius
