i will post the picture to go with the question is there positive correlation, a negative correlation or no correlation in the scatter plot?? Explain the relationship between the data on the horizontal axis and the data on the vertical axis

for the most part, as x increases, y decreases basically if you start on the left and you move right, the points are going downward
so this suggests there's a significant (but not complete) negative correlation
the data is somewhat linear as well, so you can draw a line that's close to each point (known as the regression line) and this line will have a negative slope
