If a person's heart has MORE beats per minute, 
then that person has HIGHER blood pressure. 

And high blood pressure is UNHEALTHY.

If we exercise regularly, then our hearts become stronger. 
And if our hearts are stronger, then they don't have to work as hard, in order to pump blood. 

That's why HEALTHY people have LOWER blood pressure. 
Because they have stronger hearts.
