is the clouds poison is?can you eat them if you wanted too?

what kind of clouds? I am not sure but if you meant normal clouds then i think it is just vapor. You can inhale them but not eat.

And they not poisonous cuz some mountain people live hi enough as to wear the clouds are at same level.

then they not poison. Like i said some mountain people live far up high enough to be at same height as them and they dont die.
