If there's a train, and there are people on the train, and the train is moving forward, then the people will also move forward, with the train. Make sense? Now... if the train comes to a very quick and sudden stop, the people on the train will not stop with the train. They'll actually keep moving forward. ~~~~~~~~ This is a big reason for why people get hurt, in car accidents. Especially if they're not wearing seat belts. Because when the cars crash, and come to a stop, the people in the car keep moving forward. They don't stop. And then they get slammed.
