My violin's d beg keeps coming loose does anyone have any tips on how to stop that from happening?

I would probably go to a shop or find a violin expert and not try to fix it myself. If not google it or youtube! Hope this helps haha! :)

on the bridge or the tuning peg?

I actually had this same problem and I took it out and wrapped a piece of paper around it and jammed it back in. It's not much of a professional fix but it worked.
