What are 4 effects a person would have if they did not produce enough saliva?

I'd imagine that they are dehydrated to start with. They would not be able to swallow food, the mouth would not swallow pathogens (to the HCl in the stomach to be destroyed), so they would cultivate there.. and saliva helps to make sounds, so difficulty speaking.
Saliva also neutralizes the acids made by plaque. Lack of saliva would then cause tooth decay and probably pretty bad breath.
