No they will not. Antibiotics are treatments for bacterial infections not viral infections or viruses.

No, they wouldnt. viruses are not alive. thus anti-biotics (anti-life) wouldnt be of much use.

if u r having influenza bird flu ur doc can give u antiviral drugs like oseltamivir. viruses are very much alive unlke above answerer said.they grow multiply and die too. but ur docwudnt give u drugs for bacteris for a viral disease.
