Can I include my personal opinion/view within my dissertation?

If you do put your own personal opinion or view, make sure it is separate and clearly informed from its main evidences and supplemental information of your paper. Do not mix factual arguments with personal thought as it may mislead those who read it, but also mislead the paper's main objective thesis or hypothesis.
