well i'm not sure about this but assuming that the degree is an indication of arc length. Then you can say that 2x = 28.61 and x=14.305 and the total degrees of the circle is given by 2x+x+3x or 6x. 6*(14.503)=85.83 which is your answer

that is not in terms of pi however so the answer may be wrong
