I am confused when it comes to the shear modulus. I realize that S=(F/A)/(x/h). I am given the degree that the block changes, is that what I would put in the spot of x?

I am also confused with youngs modulus. I realize that is the same form, but I am given: A metal rod that is 4.10 long and 0.49 in cross-sectional area is found to stretch 0.20 under a tension of 4400" and still cant seem to get it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
