barrier type of contraceptives....that prevent males semen and females vaginal secretion to come into contact with partner will protect against stds. these will include male condom and female condom...yes there is one called femshield. also if couple abstain from sexual intercourse altogether called abstinance which is also a family planning method will not get stds for obvious reasons.....lol
Wearing a condom Abstinence.
The onlt thing that does both is condoms. pills & shots for birth control doesnt prevent stds at all.
I would say the best is to not go around having sex with everyone. Keep yourself chaste until your married. Vwalla! No problems.
