What is the solution of the system of equations?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@nubeer help?:)

OpenStudy (nubeer):

use first and 3rd equation.. solve it simulataneously.. can u do it?

OpenStudy (nubeer):

from there u will get the value of z

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah...you just line them up?

OpenStudy (nubeer):

yes..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

z=3 ;)

OpenStudy (nubeer):

hmm -3 i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhh yaya ahha thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i plug that in to the second one? or..

OpenStudy (nubeer):

you can plug it in all 3 equations.. just pick 1st and 2nd or 2nd and 3rd solve it simultaneously

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 3x+2y=10 for the first and 5x+5y=15 for the second one?

OpenStudy (nubeer):

yes..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then what do i do?

OpenStudy (nubeer):

solve them simultaneously.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

soo like haha i dont get it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Im sorry...im not that great with math

OpenStudy (nubeer):

solve it by subsitution or elimination method.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i could put 3x + 2y=10 and 5x+5y=15 together and multiply each by 5 or 3?
