I understand that proteins are made of basically 20 aminio acids and we have protein chains but can some one give the number of proteins in a chain? like is their a protein with like 100 or more proteins? and what is it?

The length of the protein chain depends on what kind of protein it is, really.

I've heard that the longest protein is called "titin."
It's made of about 30,000 amino acids, all chained together.
