Erlenmeyer flask (named after Emil Erlennmeyer) can be used (or can be said as -its functions are to)
1) to measure liquids since it has markings to indicate the volume of the content
2) store liquids since the narrow neck can be sealed using a stopper/cork and the flat base increases the stability(an advantage over Florence flask)
3) to mix / titrate the liquid reagents (like pH titrations) since the tapered neck prevent the spillage of the content while swirling the flask to mix the content
4) can be used in heating experiments since Erlenmeyer flask is made of borosilicate glass.
