They are all "verbals."

It looks almost like a verb, but it is not a verb.
And it usually comes after the word "to."

For example,
"I love TO COLLECT stamps."

"To collect" is the infinitive.

It's not the verb.
Because the verb, in this sentence, is actually "love."
