Hmm... I don't quite get what you mean by how to use a random number table... do you mean like a reference of random numbers? Or some other lookup table?

In my statistics course one of my problems asks that I use a random number table to generate a list of ten random numbers between 1 and 99. Were supposed to do this manually without the use of excel or other programs and Im not sure the method of how to do this.

Ahhh, like an actual table written out, I thought you meant just a collection of random numbers... take something like this:

And, just choose samples, whether in some specific order, randomly, it doesn't matter, the effect should be the same.
