Question

I have a complaint regarding to OPEN STUDY users!!!!!!


I think that OS slowly-slowly lost its helpfulness , truthfulness and gain lazinesss......

take a eg. I ask a question(which is in mathematics section and also its open) except @mathslover help me a lot, and also @Eyad help me...... but many users can't answer my question....if they don't know the answer is a different situation!!! take a user( i can't take his/her name) ...he/she actually see the question and said to me that plz enjoy the holidays!!!!!!

In this way!!!! OS can't help anyone.....this is not first time ..... :( :(

plz don't take it otherwise!!!!! its my suggestion!!!! or say advice!!!!

Well I'm guessing that is because most people that use Open Study are here to get help. There are some people that are really helpful like the users you mentioned, but everyone else needs help. In my opinion, math is the only subject in here that can provide the most help because the few people that can assist you actually explain every step. It's harder to get help in other subjects because you usually need someone who is on the same chapter/lesson as you, which are usually other people your age.

For example, if you need help with some questions in English, they usually have to do with stories and books you are reading for your class. Typically, the only people who can help you are those in the same grade as you, and they usually use Open Study for help from others.

I think the ratio of helpers to those who need help is not great. And since there are more people who need help, it's not likely that they can help you aside from just giving you the answers if they already have the grade.

Just a thought. It is really hard to get help on here. Also a lot of people left because students kept getting busted for cheating.

Also the website is really slow! Sometimes it doesn't even load! So basically this is useless unless you just want answers, which are very limited.

Oh and I'm not saying I hate Open Study, because it can be REALLY helpful at times. I just also wish that there were more helpful users, but oh well. Some help is better than none :P

One way to get more people who are in the same class or in the same grade is to invite them to join OS. Please take a minute to invite them now.
Then you can all discuss the same book or same story...

@rosedewittbukater thnx....but i ask a question in maths section......but mathslover and eyad help me ..and no one help me ......and also i can;t understand their way of answer....when i said mathslover that plz explain your answer....he explained but in that time...he got offline!!!! and one help me!!!! i bum and bump my question at the top!!!! till no one help me!!! and also i tag my friends and helpful users to help me ....but no one help me!!!! is there any reason behind it?????

i think users hate me!!!! is this reason of my answer???? or take revenge????? is this sol. of my answer.....

@mayankdevnani well I'm not like an expert on here, but I'm guessing either the people don't know how to help you, or they're too busy trying to get help for themselves.
