well it was good for the Europeans cuz they got as much land as they pleased but as for the Indians it was bad for their land was begin taken away.

I think a positive thing would be the creation or new countrys such as Canada, America and also the countrys in south america.
I think a negative would be all the wars which came from fighting oer who would have the new land.
