let me guess anyway: raul is in a rotating frame; that's why he feels the centrifugal force (a radially outward force). this force has a magnitude of: m r w^2 m is the mass, r is raul's distance from the center of the merry-go-round, and w is the angular speed. so the following will increase the force: * if raul gets heavier (like you know, a DBZ power-up transformation) * if raul moves further from the center of the merry-go-round * if the merry-go-round rotates faster.
