OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

can you post a screenshot of the entire thing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mmhmmm

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

You use PEMDAS to simplify each one

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

for choice A (5+2)*9 - 3/3 (7)*9 - 3/3 63 - 3/3 63 - 1 62 and you can see it has to be choice A

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

the other choices will give you different responses which allows you to rule them out so you would go until you found the answer or until you rule everything else out
