Write a function makedeck() that creates a deck of 52 cards. A single card can be
represented by a tuple. For example an ace of hearts would be (‘H’, ‘A’) and a 4 of
diamonds would be (‘D’,’4’). makedeck() will must therefore produce a list with 52
elements. Use two lists (suits and facevalue) to create this deck. in python
