1. Determine which ordered pair is a solution of y = x*2–2. A: (–2, 6) B: (5, 21) C: (–1, –1) D: (–5, 24) 2. Does the figure below have rotational symmetry? Image: http://gyazo.com/c821fec1487d85e8965f0ffa6550f66d Yes; it can be rotated 360° or less and match the original figure. Yes; it can be rotated 180° or less and match the original figure. No; it does not match the original figure after any rotation of 180° or less. No; it does not match the original figure after any rotation of 360° or less.

for number one plug in each pair and see which one makes it true.

So it would be -1 -1? That's the first answer I got.

yupp!

Thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for number 2, the pattern is continual so yes you can rotate it. if you rotate it, 90, 180, 270, or 360, it will look like the original :D

Oh okay, I was having trouble with the second one, I turned my head and it didn't look like the same shape to me.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, what you could do, is screenshot it and put it into word or something and rotate it 90 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll do just that. Thanks again!

yupp! :D
