|dw:1366481198604:dw| im not too sure what the bead is for .... but as i see it, there are 2 equal forces in the downward direction that are each, half the weight of the ring (F = mg/2) knowing the Force down is proportional to the lengths of the corresponding triangles: 30*n = Force down 50*n = Force in string (tension)
